- Automated Analysis: An initial analysis identifies key technical issues, which is useful for getting an overall picture of the accessibility status of the touchpoint.
- Semi-automated audit: Integrates tests that add additional analysis of complex elements and verification of specific functionalities, such as steps in a purchasing process.
- Manual verification: Our experts carry out tests that simulate navigation through the touchpoint, recreating different functional diversity profiles, including the use of assistive technologies (such as screen readers, keyboards or magnifying glasses).
European Accessibility Act (EAA)
In June 2025, new regulations came into force to guarantee digital accessibility for users with functional diversity. This regulation is designed to encourage companies to catch up with the needs of the 25% of the European population, who still cannot relate to brands satisfactorily. For this reason, it affects a wide range of sectors, with a special focus on highly sensitive ones, such as banking and finance, transport or telecommunications, among others. Companies that do not comply with the requirements of the regulations face possible administrative sanctions of 5% of turnover or the withdrawal of their products and online stores from the market.
