Accessibility report
We combine the efficiency of automation with human expertise
- Automated analysis: An initial analysis identifies key technical issues, wich is useful for getting an overall picture of the accessibility status of the point of contact.
- Semi-automated audit: Integrates tests that add an additional analysis of complex elements and a verification of specific functionalities, such as the steps in a purchase process
- Manual verification: Our experts conduct tests that simulate navigation through the point of contact, simulating different functional diversity profiles, including the use of assistive technologies (such as screen readers, keyboards, or magnifiers).
European Accessibility Act (EAA)
In June 2025, new regulations came into effect to guarantee digital accessibility for users with disabilities. These regulations are designed to encourage companies to meet the needs of the 25% of the European population, who still cannot interact satisfactirily with brands. Therefore, they affect a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on highly sensitive areas such as Banking and Finance, Transportation, and Telecommunications, among others. Companies that do not comply with the regulations face potential administrative penalities of up to 5% of their turnover of the removal of their products and online stores from the market.

Frequently Asked Questions (FaQ)
What is digital accesibility?
Digital accessibility is both an ethical stance and a commitment, as well as the set of mechanisms implemented across the brand’s touchpoints with users to provide an equally satisfying experience for all groups in society, for example, adapting website content or simplifying processes when carrying out online transactions.
Why do you need to comply with digital accessibility?
If your company operates in regulated sectors subject to the European Accessibility Act, you must comply with its requirements to avoid exposure to penalties. However, digital accessibility is also a stance on diversity, and complying with it means committing to inclusivity. Failing to do so can therefore harm your brand’s image and reputation.
